Shipping: Orders are shipped via the lowest cost method unless expedited shipping is requested by the customer. All orders will be charged actual shipping fees.
Damage in Shipment: At time of shipment, all orders undergo a final inspection to ensure that each item is free of defects and blemishes. The packaging of each item complies with or exceeds the requirements of motor freight classifications. However, damages occasionally occur during shipment. Upon receipt of a shipment, inspect the package for external damage. If there is external damage, contact the delivering carrier and request an inspection for concealed damages. If there is no external damage, open the package immediately and inspect for damage. Upon discovering damage, do not continue unpacking. Contact the delivering carrier and request an inspection for concealed damages. The notification to the carrier must be made within 10 days of receiving the shipment.
Claims: Any claim for damages must be made with the transportation company. Our responsibility ends when the shipment is picked up by the carrier. However, if we can be of any assistance to you in processing your claim, please call us at 844-974-4353.
